Deliveries:
Your order can be delivered in two ways:
- By Courier: We currently offer FREE transport costs with "Geniki Taxydromiki” or “Speedex" for orders over 50€ in total. All orders below this amount are surcharged with 2.5€ transport costs. Cash on delivery has an extra cost of 2€ regardless the total of the order. Orders placed from outside of Greece are always surcharged with the transport costs. These costs are calculated within your shopping cart, before you place your order.
- To a 24hr Automated Pick Up Locker: Matis cooperates with Box Now and offers, same day delivery within Attika (as long as your order has been placed the latest by 15:00) and within 24hrs for any other place (within Greece), FREE of charge despite the total of your order. This delivery method is available only to prepaid orders.

Changes & Returns:
Making a return couldn' t be easier!
We guarantee to refund any items that you are not completely happy with, when you return them to us in saleable condition within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to the bak account that the customer will implicate to us.
Attention: All items must be returned with the barcode tags and the security ribbon intact and in their original condition. In any other case the transaction is VOID and we will NOT change or refund the item(s) under no circumstances.
Products on sale can only be changed as size or with products from the same category. They CANNOT be refunded or credited to your account.
