MATIS utilizes the most reliable encryption technology worldwide SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) 128bit, for its online store. That way it ensures complete safety of every user’s / client’s data and payment options, since every information they insert in our website is encrypted before sent.

This encryption is visible to the user in two ways:

1. Next at our online store address (URL) there is a lock icon. As long as this lock is closed, all your data is safe.
2. From the prefix https: // that exists prior to our address. The HTTPS (Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure) is used to indicate a secure network connection http. A link (URL) beginning with https prefix, indicates that the HTTP protocol will be normally used, but the connection will be done in a different area (443 instead of 80) and the data will be exchanged encrypted.

Encryption is basically a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
