To order from our online store is very simple. Find the product that you are interested in and click on it, to see a more in depth view of the particular product. In here, you will see the available sizes and colors of this product as well as a detailed description about its quality and its laundry methods. If you want to purchase this product, you simply select the number of pieces that you want and add it to your shopping bag. Every time you add something to your shopping bag, it automatically opens and shows you the new product you have added and the total amount of your order so far. When you finish your selection of products, click on the symbol in the upper right corner of your screen. Once you enter your shopping bag, you can add more products or delete the ones you no more want. To add extra pieces to a particular products (always in the same color and size as you selected at the first time), just change the number of pieces to the specific field of the product. To delete a product, click on the "Χ" icon. After finishing, you have the option to make your purchase as a member (with an additional 10% discount), or not. If you are a member or want to become one click on the phrase "Sign in" right next to the "Contact information". Otherwise, if you want to continue as a simple guest, fill in all tour information and click on the button "Continue to Shipping". Attention: If you have a discount coupon fill in the "Discount coupon field" and click on the indication "Apply" before completing your order. The same procedure is valid for your earned points. If you want to redeem some of them, you must do it before finishing your order. After completing your order, the system asks you to check if the information you provide are the same with those that will be used for the payment and sending of your package. If you require an invoice, please fill in the information you are asked for invoicing.
Attention: MATIS company has no responsibility for purchases made without membership discount, or without redeeming earned points because of the user’s neglection and cannot add the appropriate discount after the check out has been completed.

We have received your order in each of the following cases:
1. You should immediately receive an email from us with the details of your order. If you do not receive this e-mail within 5 minutes after you have completed your order, please check your junk email list. If you find it there, then yes, we have received your order!
2. Enter your membership menu (you will see it by clicking on the at the upper right corner of your screen) and click on the indication "My Orders". If your order is listed here, then we have received it as well!
If none of the above conditions take place, then we have NOT received your order and unfortunately you have to place it again.
Of course you can, by calling us and letting us know about the change you want to make, at the latest at 14:00 p.m. on the same day you have placed your order.
When a product that was sold out, is available again, it will feature at its preview a recycle icon.
If your size is sold out, you may let us know you are looking for it, with the following ways:
1. Choose the size you want and press the button "notify me". At the page tyha follows, please fill in your name and your phone number. We will then receive, a notification with your request, and we will do our best to locate the item you are looking for. If we do find it, we will call you and let you know.
2. Put the product to your wish list. Once it is available again, the system will automatically let you know by sending you an email.

Your order can be cancelled following any of the two ways below:
Every product that is running out, remains in our online store for 30 days as "sold out" and then dissapears. If a product is "Sold Out" and you want it, please let us know, by following one of the cases below so we find it for you:
1. Choose your size and lick on the button "Notify me", which is located below the available sizes.
2. Place the product to your wish list. Once it is available again, the system will automatically let you know by sending you an email.
3. Contact us directly at tel. 30 210 9565258.
If you know the code of the product that you want, just click on the symbol at the upper left corner of your screen. This will open a new text box where you can write the code of the product that you want. If you do not know the code, you can still search for it based on its size, color or price. All you have to do is open the field "filters" that exists beneath the main menu and select the criteria that correspond to it. The system will immediately show you the results that meet the criteria that have just entered. Please note that you can click on more than one criteria. For example: Search for all products in red and size large. Immediately you will get results for all clothes that fulfil your requirements.
Once you enter the preview of a product, all available sizes are placed to the right side of the screen. Below them, click on the indication “Size Guide" and a new page will pop up, with the measurements of this item. If these are not very helpful, then on the same page click "view more", to see our general size guide. There you will need to know wether the item you are looking for is Regular fit or Slim fit (you can see that at the discription of the article), so that you can follow the relative table. However, if you are still not sure for the right size for you, look at the "measure yourself table". Based on this, you can measure your body anywhere to find the right size.
