Membership Questions

1. Do i have to be a member of your online store, to buy a product?

No, you can buy anything you desire from our online store, without having to be a member. However, that way you are missing out an extra 10% discount that our members enjoy, and all the additional benefits that they have.

In this case, please click on the phrase "Forgot your password?" and fill in your data by entering the mail for which the system informed you that is already used. Immediately you will receive an email with instructions on how to change your password.

Attention: If you do not receive an email immediately, and once you have first checked out your junk email list, please contact us for further assistance!

Please check your junk mail, as our emails may be forwarded there by your email client. If you don' t find them there, please contact us.

You can see your default shipping address either through the "My Account" section or inside your address book. The default address always features a star next to it. Note that the default address can be changed as many times as you wish at your address book or directly in your basket.

To add a new shipping address you login to your account as a member and then you go to your Address Book where you click on the indication "Edit". On the next page, click on the indication "Add Address".

Attention: If you have more than one shipping addresses, please do not forget to pick your default one.

Every time you place an order in our online store, it is automatically saved in "your order history". In this way you always know what you have ordered, when and what was / is the process of your order and also have an outlook of all the products you have placed in each order. You can see this page by clicking on the indication "My orders" on the menu member (you see it by clicking on the symbol MembersMenu.png that is on the upper right corner of your screen)

Attention: If you placed an order, and then enter at the page "My Orders" and not see it there, it means that a mistake was made during the process of your order and we have not received it. In this case, please proceed to the order of the items you want all over again!

A member can easily change his / her personal data. This can be done through the menu of his / her account (you can check it by clicking on the symbol MembersMenu.pngat the upper right corner of your screen), by clicking on the indication "My information".

To change your password enter the member's menu (you see it by clicking on the symbol MembersMenu.png at the upper right corner of your screen) and select the "My account" option from the list. Inside this page you can change your pasword.
