1. Which is the procedure for returnig a product?

Once you receive your order, if for some reason you are not satisfied with a product, please contact us to proceed with its return. The process is as follows:

Return the product and ask for a different one or a different size 

  1. First of all contact us (tel. 30 210 9565258) and inform us about the new product you want in order to keep it aside for you, so that it will not run out until we receive your returning package.
  2. Carefully package the returning product with the brand’s selling label and the security tag intact. In case that the security tag is broken, the return will NOT be accepted under any circomstances.
  3. Include a photocopy of your receipt inside the package.
  4. For returns within Greece, call the local shop of Geniki Taxydromiki or Speedex or return your parcel at the locker of your choice from Box Now.
  5. For aboard returns please visit the websites of DHL or UPS

Return the product and ask for a refund or credit to your account, in our e-shop

  1. Contact us to let us know if you want a refund or credit to your account in our e-shop.
  2. Carefully package the returning product with the brand’s selling label and the security tag intact. In case that the security tag is broken, the return will NOT be accepted under any circomstances.
  3. Include a photocopy of your receipt inside the package.

Attention: Note that every returning product must be received from us in excellent condition.

Every product, regardless the reason of returning, can be returned within 30 days. It is strictly required to have all brand’s selling labels and be in an excellent condition.

If you buy something less expensive than the product that you have returned, the rest of the money can be credited to your account, at our online store, and be deducted from your future purchases. Due to our logistic system we do not return the rest of the money in cash. A refund to your bank account is possible only for the total amount of money.

Regardless the discount that was valid for your product during sales period, now that you return it and want to change it with a new product, we will deduct from the price of the new product the money you payed for the product you are now returning and that’s the new final price you have to pay.

Example: Product price bought during the period of sales 50 euros (original 80 euros). You are returning it in order to buy a new product, after the end of sales period, with initial price 80 euros. The customer will pay 80€ (new product) - 50€ (returning product) 4€ (transfer costs as the new order is less than 50 euros) = 34 euros.

During the sales period, changes of products can be done based only on the discount that the product had once it was bought and NOT according to the discount percentage that the new product may feature at the moment.

Example: Product bought with 30% discount features last price 50 euros. If you return the product and want a new one that features a 50% discount and price 50 euros (first price was 100 euros), then you are required to buy the new product with a 30% discount. That means that you should buy the new product at the price of 70 euros and pay 20 euros in excess.

If you receive a product that seems different from its online preview, please contact us immediately to let you know what is the procedure of returning it.

If you receive a wrong size because of our fault, please contact us to arrange an immediate replacement.
