Special terms and conditions for returns

Due to their special features, some of our items have to fulfil certain criteria to be returned:

• Accessories: must be returned with the bag or the original cardboard packaging intact.
• Packs: items forming part of a pack cannot be returned separately.
• Shoes: must be returned with intact sole, and packaging
• Products from the "Offers" category: These products can be exchanged for another size, or with other products from the same category only. NO money refunds can be issued
• Bags: must be returned with intact packaging and labels.
• Hats: Do not try the item outside your house. it must be returned in perfect condition and by using the initial packaging to avoid wear during the transfer.
